    Creating an environment that eliminates stress is essential for living a simple and relaxed life. Clutter has been known to cause stress in people as it can make them feel overwhelmed and out of control of their environments. 

    Take some time to declutter your home and make sure that only items that bring you joy are present in your space. This helps to create an atmosphere free from distractions so you can focus on what truly matters in your life.
